MOMENTUM Wellness Challenge
We help folks who are tired, overwhelmed and feeling out-of-sync with their personal wellness achieve small, doable challenges that yield BIG wellness results.

Whether its COVID-induced, caused by the Winter-slump or simply a lifetime of less-than-healthy habits, we understand the challenges and desires behind upleveling your personal wellness.

Rome was not built in a day and neither are lasting wellness habits.

Science has shown that small, incremental changes lead to long-term results.

Not everyone has hours to spend at the gym, will to adhere to a highly regimented food plan or the desire to read countless books/blogs on health and wellness.

This is why we are so excited about the MOMENTUM Wellness Challenge.

Amy, your optimistic leader, created the Momentum-Challenge for herself this past fall and is loving the results.

Being a working mom to 2 beautiful girls (during COVID!), Amy values wellness challenges that maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 

Amy also understands that goals are best actualized through support and solidarity.  Amy will be completing the weekly wellness challenges right along side you and be providing mid-week motivation.

WHAT THE 8-Week CHALLENGE INCLUDES
  • 1 small weekly wellness challenge
  • 1 weekly mixed-level Yoga class designed to inspire your body, mind and soul to commit to your weekly wellness goal. 
  • A private FaceBook Community to post successes & challenges and receive mid-week encouragement.
  • 1 weekly Midweek Momentum Motivation Meditation. 
  • Weekly access to recordings of the classes.  Keep practicing, keep motivating.

Can’t make the class or check in live?  NO WORRIES!  Our classes and check ins are recorded.  As a participant of the class, you will have access to each recording for 1 week.
